Full Time - Customer Support Rep
Location: Perrysburg, OH
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing account administration for MEDsys supported systems and applications. The CSR will capture and document the details of processed requests, as well as issues reported by using the ticketing system which manages and tracks requests and incidents. The CSR must be able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment and have excellent interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a balance of customer service skills as well as an aptitude for the technical nature of the position.
Monitor the incoming customer support call and ticketing queue.
Answer, respond, manage calls and emails to maintain service levels.
Provide feedback to customers in a timely manner
Record and/or maintain accurate information within ticketing system.
Diagnose and resolve issues for Internal/External customers
Utilize prioritization and time management skills to escalate requests as needed.
Communicate, document issues and resolutions within subject matter experts and across team members.
Properly document all customer interactions and troubleshooting actions into the department’s call center tracking system.
Able to acquire technical knowledge for all new products and solutions that need to be supported.
Possess the ability to learn existing and new products and features
Other duties as assigned.
- College or Degree Preferred; High School Diploma or GED Required
- 1-3 years Call Center Experience Preferred; PLUS

Full Time - JR SQA Engineer
Location: Perrysburg, OH
JR SQA engineers work in conjunction with Senior QA Engineer to complete test trials and create pre-conditions to examine product functionality, content and user friendliness. Engineers then simulate product performance, evaluate results and compare those results with predicted outcomes. After process completion, the team will identify and document product problems or defects using bug tracking systems. Throughout this phase of development, test engineers will perform various stressful tests to the programs then report the results back to the development team. Software testing involves going through typical uses of the program, as well as potential misuses to see if problems or bugs arise.
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Familiar with front-end UI automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, HP, Telerik)
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Familiar with database queries and validations
Critical thinking, computer and internet skills, professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills, and strong customer service
Familiar with multiple release cycles in software development, with specific focus on test strategies, test frameworks, test plans, and execution of test cases
Experience testing with web and mobile application.
