MEDsys is very sensitive to the challenges of managing the Corona Virus (COVID-19) for our customers. We want to provide some helpful hints to assist with VinCENT’s features/tools that can be used during this time.

This report will show all staff that have seen the Client within the last 2 weeks from the date entered and 1 week in the future. It also shows all additional Clients those Staff have seen during that time period.

Reports/References
This report will show all Clients that have seen by the Staff within the last 2 weeks from the date entered and 1 week in the future. It also shows all additional Staff that have seen those Clients during that time period.
Admission Status Reasons
Set Up/Agency/Value Reasons
Admission Status Reasons can be added to track the reason the Client is placed On Hold or Discharged due to the virus. This will assist with tracking and reporting.
Schedule Status Reasons
Set Up/Agency/Value Reasons
Schedule Status Reasons can be added to track the reason the schedule is placed On Hold or Discharged due to the virus. Both Client and Staff Schedule Status Reasons can be used to assist with tracking and reporting.
Broadcast Messages
Tools/Broadcast
Broadcast Messages can be used to send messages to Staff, Clients, Users or Admin Users to communicate important information and protocols. Broadcast messages can be sent via Text and/or Email. The messages send to everyone in the selected group provided they have a communication type on file that has “Allow Notifications” checked.
Staff Custom Availability
Staff/Scheduling Tab
Staff custom availability can be used to identify the Staff is off for a specific time period and is unable to work.
Note Types
Set Up/Agency/Value Reasons
Note Types are a great way to categorize the notes that are added to the Client and/or Staff Folders.
Staff Status Reasons
Set Up/Agency/Value Reasons
Staff Status Reasons can be added to track the reason Staff is placed On Hold or Discharged due to the virus. This will assist with tracking and reporting.
Teams
Set Up/Agency/Value Reasons
Teams can be used to identify groups assisting with the Corona Virus efforts. For example, a StandBy Team can be created and assigned to Staff that are available to assist with Call Off’s. Users can filter by Teams in the Client, Staff, and Schedule areas. Several reports have a Team Filter as well.
