As the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) impacts the United States and countries around the world, MEDsys is monitoring this evolving situation closely. Our top priorities are the support and service of our clients and the safety of MEDsys team members.
While as of this moment we have not had a confirmed case of the virus among the MEDsys employee population, we are preparing as if it is a question of when – not if – that will occur. Should one of our offices need to close, we have procedures and systems in place for our employees to work remotely in continued support of our clients. We are also enacting CDC-recommended social distancing practices across all MEDsys offices to prevent the spread of disease and we are working with our building management companies to ensure that they maintain the highest standards of cleanliness to help keep our offices safe.
We will continue to monitor COVID-19 and keep you informed. While we continue to serve and support you, we thank you for your help and understanding as we take the necessary precautions for the well-being of our clients, colleagues and communities.

Infectious Contact Report for Client and Staff- MEDsys has released two reports that will provide you information showing who has been in contact with a person currently diagnosed with an infectious disease. Please see the email sent out earlier today on how to utilize this report.
